We’ve had a great positive experience at Solidarity MMA. From day one, Coach Justin made my then 9 year old boy feel welcome and supported. His coaching is clear instructions, positive energy, and the perfect balance of discipline and fun. I love how he (Coach Justin) focus on fundamentals while still keeping classes engaging with drills, games, and controlled sparring. Safety is always front and center with coach Justin, he does a great job pairing kids appropriately. Beyond technique, the life lessons have been huge: confidence, respect, persistence, and accountability. My son now handles challenges with a better attitude wins and losses are both learning opportunities. The facility is top level, clean, and family friendly; class times are consistent; and communication about schedules, events, and promotions announced multiple ways and times. I had an amazing experience at this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed. As a woman, seeing other women on the mats was truly inspiring and empowering. The facility itself was spotless, and I appreciated how strictly they enforced their shoe policy, which kept everything clean. The fully stocked restroom and shower were a nice touch and made my visit even more comfortable. The vibes were warm and inviting, making it a great environment for training. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available, and the space inside is large enough for you to focus on your training while your kids can have fun off the mats. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to train in a supportive and well-maintained environment!
Solidarity is an amazing place to train. The training is intense and motivating, and the coaches focus on skills that actually work in competition. My 14-year-old daughter has improved so much since training here, and it shows every time she competes. Coach Justin says, “Matches are won with reps and time on the mat,”. The work put in matters. We drive 50 minutes to train at Solidarity, and it’s 100% worth it.
