After 10 months of training here, I’ve had some time to really reflect on all of the positive changes that training at Eclipse has brought to my life. My gym closed down June 2024 and I needed a new home. I already knew Eclipse was where I was supposed to go, and truly believe God led me here. This was also where my former coaches recommended I go train. I started up at Eclipse after being off the mat for a month due to a minor surgery, and to say I felt like I belonged here from the minute I walked in would be an understatement. Everyone was super welcoming, accepting, and encouraging right off the bat, and I immediately recognized the high caliber of grappling talent and instruction. The training itself is the way I’ve always liked to train - with a big emphasis on the importance of live rolling. I have been training at Eclipse for a couple months now after the old gym I was training at closed, and I couldn't be happier to be training here. The Coaches, Anthony, Joao and Deise are friendly, knowledgeable and truly great teachers all while keeping things fun on the mats. Lots of mat space and everything is clean. All the members at Eclipse are down to earth and welcoming and willing to help you along with your BJJ journey. My son and I train here together and I couldn't think of a better activity to be doing together as a family. Very family friendly environment.

The staff and coaches are absolutely amazing — they genuinely care about each student’s progress, fostering both growth and confidence. My kids have loved every second here. Not only are they getting top-notch instruction, but they’re also building incredible friendships with their teammates in both the Homeschool classes and evening classes. The environment is so welcoming and inclusive. From the moment you step in, you feel like part of the family. The coaches make everyone feel comfortable and encouraged, whether you’re a beginner or advanced. It’s truly a place that makes you want to jump in, be part of everything, and see how far you can go. Eclipse BJJ is hands-down one of the best gyms. From day one, you’re welcomed like family, not just another number on the mats. The instruction is top-tier clear, detailed, and practical whether you’re brand new or have years of experience. Every class has purpose, and you can tell the coaches genuinely care about your progress and safety. The culture here is what really sets Eclipse apart. It’s competitive but respectful, tough but supportive. Everyone pushes each other to get better without egos or attitudes. You can train hard, ask questions, and learn without feeling judged. The gym is clean, well run, and the atmosphere is motivating. If you’re looking for real Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, solid fundamentals, high level training, and a place that actually feels like a team, Eclipse BJJ is the place to be. I couldn’t recommend it more.
5 Stars Our whole family has started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Eclipse BJJ Grappling Academy, and we absolutely love it! The coaches are amazing with both kids and adults—patient, knowledgeable, and truly world-class competitors. The environment is welcoming, and we’ve already made great friends with many of the other students. One of the things we appreciate most is the lack of big egos that you often find at other academies. Eclipse is all about learning, growing, and supporting one another. Highly recommend!
Love and highly recommend Eclipse bjj!! I started my seven year old grandson about 5 Months ago. He walked in as a really nervous kid with lots of anxiety. Took coach Anthony three days to get him on the mat which was a huge SUCCESS and win for him. He has never looked back and loves attending. Noticing huge advances in him socializing and old coaches in basketball can’t believe this is the same kid from last years team. He’s improved tremendously all around and I can attribute this to this gym and coaches. Every coach is top notch as is the families that attend. They made us feel welcome from day one. I’ll never forget one dad telling my grandson on day one you meet the best friends in your life in this gym and they will be the right kind of friends! True words.
