This is the gym to train at 100%. The entire staff is highly professional and courteous and the atmosphere of the gym is motivating yet relaxing. Coach Taylor, Coach Seth, Coach Khris, Coach Konner and Coach Ray have all been especially helpful in my own experience, but every single one of the coaches I've interacted with have been knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. You will feel a workout and they make it a blast. If you live in the area, training at KMAA is one of the best investments you can make in your own life. Just show up and see for yourself exactly what I'm talking about.
I have been training here for about a month and had no prior training in martial arts at all. I was nervous my first day, but the coaches, staff, and other people training there were so understanding and helpful. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to make sure that you understand what they are teaching and will answer any questions that you have. In the month that I have been here I can already say I have grown both in my martial arts ability and as a person in general. Everyone here wants you to succeed and will help you in all aspects. Whether you’re looking for martial arts training, a good workout, or great people to be around, KMAA is the place to be and I cannot recommend it enough.

I am admittedly biased, but I whole heartedly believe KMAA is hands down the best school in our region. Whether you are just looking to get in shape or aspire to be in the UFC one day, KMAA can definitely help you achieve your goals. The staff are all amazing and have years of experience in a crazy number of martial arts styles. The coaches are great about helping you find your own style i stead of forcing you into a preprescribed style. They also work really diligently to make sure you understand the concepts being taught. If it is obvious that the way one coach teaches isn't getting through for your style of learning, they will put you with another coach who explains it in a different way, giving you every opportunity to succeed. They are full sevice as well, offering coaches who can help with strength and conditioning, nutrition, or just a friend to talk to when you need someone to vent to. Been coming here for personal training for a few months now, Gabriella aka Gabbie has been patient, kind, and consistent with me. I had zero training or even really knowledge of kickboxing prior to coming to KMAA. While I still have a lot to learn, I am more than happy with the services they provide. Although I have worked pretty directly with just one trainer- every trainer/coach/person I’ve come in contact with has been kind and non judgmental which a lot of people may be worried about when starting any new skill-especially something as intense as martial arts. 10/10
