I've trained at cardonas BJJ for 5 years. I felt like I belong here since day one. I trained under professor Oscar, professor Claudia Cardona Ibjjf world champion, I tell you my Jiu-jitsu has grown so much, never have i felt disappointed or demotivated in my growth as a Bjj practitioner. The academy has excellent environment, with high level Jiu-jitsu belts on the mats , its healthy and safe place to trained, with professional grade mats that are clean and sanitize. they offer kids programs that my 6 year old daughter started 5 months ago and I can definitely tell you I seen how much she loves it, her Jiu-jitsu has grown and she is excited to attend her classes every week, that tells me the academy is definitely doing something great. Can't wait to see her Jiu-jitsu in a year. Whether you want to trained as a hobby or aimed to become a professional bjj fighter I can definitely see that happening here. They don’t just teach bjj, they actually love to coach and make a champions from scratch… any sport is easy, specially martial arts, if you want to push yourself to the limits you must have to try this gym!!! After searching for many expensive academies, I found Cardona’s Jiu-Jitsu — affordable yet high-quality and professional, training both Gi and No-Gi in a friendly, safe environment. My daughters have trained here for over three years. The instructors are more than coaches — they are mentors who teach discipline, persistence, and resilience. Thanks to their guidance, my daughter recently won a gold medal at the Pan American Championship. I highly recommend this academy for anyone looking for excellent training and a positive environment.
When I was looking for academies to sign my son up to I came across Cardona BJJ and decided to try them out. My son was having some behavioral problems and I figured martial arts would help him with discipline and self defense, without knowing what a positive impact they would have not only on my son but on myself as well. Coming to the academy every days feels like getting home. It is a family environment. Yes the kids are pushed to their limits but at the same time they are encouraged and talked to with love and kindness. My son has a special relationship with each professor as well as with the coaches he’s learned to trust himself more and has started behaving so much better. Anyone can teach Jiu Jitsu but Cardona inspires you to love it!
