My 8-year-old son recently started training at American Mixed Martial Arts, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, with a special shoutout to Mary at the front desk, who is always helpful and welcoming. The training is top-notch, led by knowledgeable and patient instructors who strike the perfect balance between being supportive and maintaining firm discipline. They offer a variety of classes, catering to different skill levels and interests, and their flexible schedules make it easy to fit training into our busy lives. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to introduce their child to martial arts in a positive, disciplined environment!
I had the privilege of attending the weekend-long Rise of the Champions event hosted by the World Warrior Alliance at this facility, and the experience was outstanding. Mr. David Bybee was an exceptional host, knowledgeable, welcoming, and fully committed to ensuring everything went smoothly. His entire staff matched his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care. The facility itself is immaculate, well-organized, and fully equipped for high-level training. During the event, every part of the space was utilized, and everything operated seamlessly. If you’re deciding where to train, this is the place. I highly recommend American Mixed Martial Arts to anyone looking for top-tier instruction, a positive atmosphere, and a community that truly supports its members.

After visiting this facility, I haven’t stopped talking about it. It’s a fully equipped martial arts dojo with everything you could ask for—boxing rings, MMA cages, rows of heavy bags, and plenty of open space for training. All of the equipment is clean, well-maintained, and organized. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. But the real magic begins when you meet the owner, 3× World Kickboxing Champion Dave Bybee. His skill is unmistakable, and his teaching is truly top-tier. He stays actively involved with his members, offering guidance and genuine support. A one-on-one conversation with him is enough to seal the deal. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting this dojo. You won’t be disappointed.
Place is absolutely amazing. I've been going here since June of 2018 when I was in grade school and now I'm nearly in highschool, and this place as well as the employees and coaches changed my life. As of currently I am a black belt in MMA and have competed in and won a few kickboxing tournaments. The staff here is genuinely the best group of people I've ever met and they have sincere care and respect towards everyone who comes in, especially the students. Their training methods are amazing and it doesn't matter if you're unathletic, not an active person, etc. They will help you/your child get to where you'd like to be and even higher. Among that, they have tons of patience and experience with kids who have either behavioral issues or just need general discipline. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
I can’t say enough on how amazing this place is. I have 2 5/yo twin daughters and The aftercare program and the MMA training is just perfect. As a single parent who is very involved, it really matters who I leave my kids with, And training is super important as well. American MMA checks all the boxes and I truly feel blessed to have my children be a part of the American MMA Community. I can’t thank all the staff and owners enough, thank you so very much for taking such amazing care of my children!
