An outstanding place to train or visit. I have trained at several jiu-jitsu academies in the past and Manasota is the best. Clayton has created a safe and welcoming environment to everyone who trains there. They are also very helpful and willing to make you better. His black belt coaches have different jiu-jitsu styles that keep your game evolving. Clayton's teaches in a detailed manner and he makes sure you not only understand the technique, but the fundamental reasons behind the technique. I have other well known academies 10 min away from my home. However, for several years now I have been driving 40 min to train at Manasota jiu-jitsu, because I learn so much and enjoy every moment I am there. It's worth it, come visit us. 🥋🥋🥋

A phenomenal place to train. World class coach and an amazing group of students. Everyone is willing to help and contribute to physical and mental growth and get better at Jiu-Jitsu. Not only this is a great place for adults but also for kids. Can't recommend Manasota Jiu Jitsu enough!
Great vibes. Phenomenal teachers and coaches both for adults and kids. Owners are very welcoming. Lots of colored belts. Clean mats. Bathrooms are spotless. Will definitely recommend this gym 100% whether you’re new to BJJ or not.
Great training room with lots of upper belts. High level jiu-jitsu, friendly people, and nice mats. Clay has fostered a community where everyone helps everyone get better in a non-toxic environment. Thankful for this gym.
