I’d wanted to try jiu-jitsu for years but only got started after taking my boy (7) to Grapple House for kids’ classes. He was having a blast, so I finally jumped in too. The coaches are solid—great with kids and make adult classes welcoming and easy to follow. The gym’s clean, the atmosphere’s friendly, and the classes are challenging but fun. We’re both learning a lot, and when my daughter’s old enough, I’ll get her training here too. Grapple House is a great spot for jiu-jitsu!
Fantastic gym and people! Very clean gym with a big bathroom to change in. This gym in particular offers a wide knowledge in No-gi specifically leg locks and footlocks. There gi game is also solid every Monday at lunch time they have a great Q&A and non-stop flow class followed by a roll-a-thon in the evening class. The other gi class is an ecological style class that will definitely get your brain problem-solving. The best part of this gym (other than it's awesome group of people) is the open mat on Sunday (usually No-gi) the mats are always packed with talented grapplers from top tier competitors to solid hobbyist.
The Grapple House is an outstanding place to study Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing. The facility is always clean and the vibe is both friendly and welcoming. Most importantly the instruction is phenomenal! Every class you feel as if you’re having a private lesson. The instructors invest in each and every student and encourage your growth. Boris is truly an outstanding instructor and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I’m having.
Grapple House has been an amazing place to train for our family. Our boys (ages 9 and 6) have loved the kids program and have developed more self-control, confidence and body awareness. It has been a great compliment to their other sports. The instructors are patient, fun and knowledgeable. It is a welcoming, clean environment and we are so happy to have such a quality jiu jitsu gym in the area.
Man, what can I say about the Grapple House that everyone hasn't already? Not much, Boris and Gigi are fantastic, this place is amazing. The instruction is top-notch, detailed, technical, and easy to follow whether you're just starting out or have years of experience. The coaches genuinely care about you and your progress and take their time to help you grow. The facility is clean as can be, the overall vibe is as laid back and ego-less as possible, all while having the most competitive rounds you can get. So many gyms stop in to cross train here because it's just that good! Whatever you do, DO NOT MISS THE SUNDAY OPEN MAT! It really is the best in Littleton! Love this place and you will too!
Grapple House is a fantastic spot for jiu jitsu. I visited open mat on Memorial Day and the people were both tough and extra cool to roll with. I've also had the pleasure of learning from Boris at our old 6am classes and he has a fantastic grasp of wrestling and jiu jitsu; extremely knowledgeable and gritty as they come. Be sure to visit Grapple House and enjoy the drive there--it's absolutely beautiful.
