Hello everyone!! I’m a brown belt that travels to Denver frequently. I walked into Easton Denver about 2 years ago with a friend that works/trains there. I had trained at several gyms in the area but since my first time at Easton Denver I knew it was the place for me. I was met with a very friendly staff and awesome coaches that were always welcoming and respectful to an outsider on the mats. I have been going back there since that day. I have probably trained there about 5-6 times a year and it’s always the same. Great people on and off the mats. They have very high level Jiu jitsu and are always willing to answer any questions that I’ve had. I’ve spoke to the general manager Carlos on several occasions and he’s always been very open to speaking with me. Him and the other staff members and coaches all seem to have very similar moral values and conduct that align with my own. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is visiting D
I have been training BJJ at Easton almost a year and a half now. I came in with zero martial arts experience, and everyone from the front desk staff, to the coaches, and the other students have made me feel incredibly welcomed and excited to come back almost every day. It is extremely hard to find a community like that these days, and I am incredibly grateful to be a part of that. Aside from the great community, the instruction is phenomenal. My skill set has increased incredibly and my body is moving in ways that I didn't think I would see. I don't think any of this would be possible without the emphasis on safety while training that evident in every class. I couldn't recommend Eason Training Center enough for anyone that is interested in BJJ or Muay Thai.
Love this place. Great facility, big, clean, well maintained. Fantastic staff (we know the kids Muay Thai coaches best), fellow students are (kids and adults) respectful and hard working in the best traditions of the martial arts. Parents are all invested in the kids’ success. They do use a belt system in kids Muay Thai but it’s not a belt farm, it’s very low key, something for the kids to aspire to. The adult Muay Thai uses a colour t-shirt classifier for experience level. Again, not a big deal, certainly not a McDojo or Bullshido experience, just a method to organise skill levels. They’re very responsive to emails. Prices are reasonable. First class is free so why not check it out!
I love this place. The staff, the coaches and the community itself have been very welcoming and supportive. The gym is well maintained and clean, the mats are disinfected after every class and the locker rooms are very clean. The coaches do a great job of giving attention to everyone in class and making sure we are all learning and growing. I leave every class with a smile on my face, I’m grateful to be part of this community. Highly recommend.
What makes a training center world-class??? It’s not the mats… (not the building) It’s the people. Easton Training Center Denver is the real deal. 5 stars all day errrday… The culture… the coaching… the energy… (unmatched) And shoutout to Eliot Marshall… dude is a beast…. But has a heart of gold… His leadership on and off the mats sets the tone… and if you’re not already following him on IG, you’re missing out… Tons of free wisdom every single day. If you’re in Denver and serious about training… there’s only one place you need to be… Easton.
I attended a Wednesday evening 7p kickboxing class here while I was visiting from out of town. The coach was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, with a banger playlist, paying attention to all students and fine tuning technique. It was a bit more of a beginner class, which is not a bad thing! No one is above reviewing basics. I got the workout I needed and also learned a few things to work on. It was clear the instructor has all the skills to teach a higher level class as well, that just wasn’t the one I ended up at.
