The coaches are world class pushing you to grow in skill, discipline, and confidence every time you step on the mats. The environment is positive, challenging, and family-oriented, where everyone helps each other get better. If you’re looking for a legit martial arts gym in the East Bay, this is it. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and push you to improve whether you’re brand new or experienced. Classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai are well-structured, and the vibe is super welcoming no ego, just hard work and community. The head coach, Christian, really cares about his students’ progress, and it shows. People drive from all over just to train here, which says a lot.
I’ve known Christian for close to a decade and can confidently say his commitment to his students is legit. The gym is welcoming, focused on real Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and a great place to get an awesome workout. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping students improve, whether you’re new to BJJ or have been training for years. I’ve known Christian on and off the mats for over a decade. His love for jiu jitsu and people is apparent when you're around him. His new gym is the perfect place to get fit, learn jiu jitsu/Muay Thai, and to meet some cool folks along the journey. The facility is always kept clean and there’s plenty of parking. Come check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Very knowledgeable coaches and skilled higher belts.Christian the head coach is an amazing instructor teaching moves with every detail included. You will learn a lot from this gym!
