Valor is not just a Muay Thai gym it is also like family. Real deal traditional Muay Thai in San Diego. My kids LOVE going and the adult classes are good for learning and letting out the built up stress while getting exercise in. Highly recommend this for beginners or advanced individuals.
This gym is the real deal. Tough training, real Muay Thai, and coaches who actually care about your growth. You earn everything here — nothing fake, nothing easy. The bond between the people in this gym is strong, like family. If you want to get better, push yourself, and be part of something real, this is the place.
Coach John runs this incredible gym, both my boys have been attending since the start of last year (2024). The whole coaching staff is great with all age groups.
