Before enrolling my two sons, aged 11 and 8, we conducted thorough research and reached out to various gyms. We chose this place because the friendly atmosphere was clear. Both of my sons have had a great experience here. They have gained significant knowledge and my youngest has now become eager to compete. All the instructors are exceptionally patient and eager to assist our children. Professor Arlan stands out as very supportive and has a unique way of teaching that resonates with our kids. I am glad I made this decision, as my youngest is now taking on the challenge of competition and challenging himself with jiu-jitsu moves.

It's hard to sum up the level of professionalism, skill, coaching, camaraderie, discipline, brother/sisterhood, and training that this place puts out on a daily basis. These guys know their stuff! These guys know their students! What I've witnessed first hand over the past few months is nothing short of amazing! Flat out! If there's any kind of proof, I think the fact that they went up to a tournament with a handful of new four to five month old students, and damn near all of them Place gold or silver. However, aside from the competition aspect, signing up or signing one of your loved ones up for this training, I guarantee will change their life for the better and for the future. Coming from another small business owner, its so hard finding a good team. SOCA BJJ TEAM IS ADMIRABLE AND SOLID!
We enrolled our boys in jiu jitsu to help them build self-defense skills and develop discipline. Choosing this academy was one of the best decisions we’ve made—they’ve grown so much, both on and off the mat, and have formed incredible friendships along the way. The professors and coaches are not only professional but genuinely kind and supportive. We plan to stick around for as long as our kids are up for it—until they say, “no more,” we’re all in.

Before enrolling our son, we took part in a free trial class. He was very nervous but once the instructors reassured him, he took right to it. SoCa has done wonders for his self-esteem and self-confidence. And, as a special needs child, that has never been an issue. From that first class he's continued to be a student, whom is now a Blue Belt. I can't recommend them enough for what they do. The community has been amazing!
