Legacy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is truly something special! My daughter has been taking classes here since she was 4 years old, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The coaches are absolutely amazing with young kids — patient, encouraging, and incredibly skilled at making learning fun while still instilling discipline and focus. In just a short time, we’ve seen her confidence grow so much. She’s made great friends, developed a real love for jiu jitsu, and looks forward to every class with excitement. It’s been such a joy to watch her grow both on and off the mat. I’ve been training at Jiu Jitsu Legacy for a while now, and I have to say, it’s a total game-changer for my training sessions and overall lifestyle. The community here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every class something to look forward to. The quality of coaching is top-notch. The instructors are highly skilled and genuinely invested in helping every student grow, regardless of experience level. This is not my home gym, but I have stopped in twice when I’ve come in town to visit family. Everyone I have met in the gym has been so friendly and welcoming! I did a nogi class with Adam and the women’s only class with Laura. Both were great with clear instruction and options based on body style or capability. They also have a great community of women who see to all train pretty regularly they even invited me to dinner with them after the class! All in all I would highly recommend Legacy to any one from first day beginner to colored belts across the board. They’ve got a flavor for everyone. Gym is also very clean and well kept and they have showers so that is always a win!

Professor Ricardo and coaches do a phenomenal job shaping young men and women as well as teaching them the fundamentals of jiu jitsu. Our son started right when he turned three and he’s almost four. They patience they have with the kids is unmatched and they have instilled a sense of discipline in my children that spill into all areas of their lives. It is also encouraging to see the different levels of class and competition this gym provides for all levels of members. If you are looking for a place to call your jiu jitsu gym, this is it! Look no further. This is THE place!
I first took Jiu-Jitsu just over sixteen years ago and wanted to get back into it. I was looking for a clean gym, with supportive Professor(s), and good partners to train with. Legacy fit all of those and more. Professor Ricardo was attentive, encouraging, and respectful. What I noticed from my trial class is that he was like this with all his students and not just me. This is what sold me on Legacy. I am looking forward to growing not only my jiu-jitsu skills but the sense of community that was also felt just from this first class.
