Coaches are very knowledgeable and take the time to break down the technique. The people that train there were very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone interested in training. The facilities are very clean as well.
Went in there and was treated like family. With a black belt coach with tons of knowledge this has to be the best coaching Ive ever seen. The boxing class is top notch as well coaching all around is phenomenal
