I enrolled my son and daughter in Rogue two months ago and it has been the best sports experience for them hands down. Classes are Monday through Thursday with the option of open gym Saturday. As a parent who has tried gymnastics and other sports, having the ability to have the kids trained four days out of the week is unheard of. You're not only getting a bang for your buck but the coaches here are truly amazing! They are dedicated and patient but also fun. They will stay after to help any child that wants to master the move they just learned, my son has done this three times now. Each class has a bit of fun to keep the kids excited and has the perfect amount of training. Everyone has been welcoming and you truly feel like you're part of a family when you're there. They offer a week trial so your child has an adequate amount of time to decide if its right for them. I recommend anyone looking to get their kids into a sports activity to
Hands down the best Jiu Jitsu academy in Conroe. Matt the head instructor has a way of teaching his patient yet aggressive Jiu Jitsu style sobthat everyone can understand it. He is also great with helping people build off of there own unique styles instead of expecting everyone to develop his style. If you are looking to get in shape or learn how to defend yourself then Presa is the place to be. Also Carl heads up the kids program and has plenty of back up to help out no matter how many kids come. The kids program is the biggest in Conroe and mostly because of Carl’s patients and instruction with kids.
Go Rogue! Jiu Jitsu has pivoted my life for the better. I want to be healthier and improve every aspect of life that will make my Jiu Jitsu better. I’ve trained for a couple years; I like to visit and learn from different gyms. What to look for if you are interested in starting your Jiu Jitsu journey? Look for Rogue. Rogue has one of the best atmosphere that I have experienced. If you are slightly interested in JiuJitsu come and try. I’ll guarantee that you will find camaraderie while improving your fitness to new levels. Thank you for making me feel welcomed!
My youngest son and I have been training here since moving to Conroe in June. Clean facility, great coach in Matt Wilson, and upper belts who are there to not only get better themselves but help you constantly improve as well. I originally took my son to check it out but ended up joining as well as I’ve always been intrigued and noticed how good the environment was. If you ever wanted to learn or are looking for a new school, check the ego at the door and come to the mats. You’ll have fun, improve your fitness, and learn a lot!
My husband has been training here for years, but I joined him for the first time at a weekend workshop. Everyone was welcoming and supportive. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and great at breaking things down for my beginner level while still challenging the more advanced students. The environment was friendly and encouraging. Whether you're experienced or trying for the first time, this gym is an excellent choice. Highly recommend
This is the gym where i was introduced to Brazilian jiu jitsu. People come here for many reasons and those who stop by will quickly find out why many of us stay for years to come. Here i lost lots of weight, gained strength, confidence and learned self defense. I feel safer at work, the store and taking my family out on weekends. To top it off i met amazing people that quickly became my family. Walking in to this gym was easily one of the best decisions of my life.
