Infinitum has truly been a blessing to our family. It has not only helped our son learn a useful, applicable skill in jiu-jitsu, it has helped teach him discipline and improved his behavior in other areas like school. The instructors are patient, fair, and firm. They still actively compete and are not afraid to grapple with the students to help further their. They do not have issues with pride or ego. They also help develop both young students and learning adults as instructors as well as practitioners. They truly go above and beyond. No belt or honor is given, it is all earned. The system the instructors use to advance students ensures students are pushed prepared for the challenges that come with their next honor. I cannot speak highly enough of the team, the academy itself, or even the team of parents who support not just their own children, but everyone's children. It is a true team.
Super nice and responsive folks at this spot! I’m from here but now live out of state so it was great to be able to pop in to a kickboxing class for me and a jiujitsu class for my child during the holidays! All the instructors introduced themselves and were very friendly. I’d definitely recommend if you’re already into it and if you or your kid is new,go check it out you’ll probably have a blast and get inspired to move a bit more too! Also their customer service is on point - - dying art in this age 😂
IJA is a family friendly academy with classes available for everyone three years of age or older. We felt welcome from day one and our daughter LOVES training here. All of the coaches are very friendly and accommodating. As an added bonus, they offer a free women’s self-defense class on Friday nights. Stop by for your free 2 week trial and let the journey begin!
We are loving our experience at IJA. The professors and coaches are wonderful and patient with our 6 year old. Thank you Coaches Monica, Tyler and Professor Andy and Manny. We the parents are also taking jiu-jitsu and are having fun. I like that they have loaner gis they wash after every use just in case you forget or haven't bought your own. They also have free women's self defense classes every Friday.
Absolutely outstanding academy. I attended classes here for about a year every single day. Professor Darryl, the head instructor, brought me from not being able to defend myself in any manner to winning an IJA state championship. The technique is carefully taught and students are given tips that help them individually. If you care about becoming better at jujitsu, being able to defend yourself, gaining physical and mental strength, Infinitum Jujitsu Academy is the place to go.
Great academy with a high level, passionate and devoted black belt instructor in Darryl Lebus. I highly recommend this academy for kids, adults and families. The training is authentic and the environment is friendly and welcoming. You will love it!
