My daughter has been attending Gracie Barra for a few months now, and the experience has been outstanding. From the very beginning, the instructors made her feel welcome, supported, and confident. The coaches are not only highly skilled in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but also truly exceptional with children. They strike the perfect balance between discipline and encouragement, creating a positive environment that helps kids grow both physically and mentally. I've already noticed a big improvement in her confidence, focus, and overall attitude. What really stands out about Gracie Barra is their sense of community. The gym is clean, organized, and professional, yet it still feels warm and family-oriented. The other parents and students are friendly, and it’s clear that respect and teamwork are core values here. If you're considering a Jiu-Jitsu gym for your child (or yourself), I highly recommend Gracie Barra. It’s been a wonderful investment in
Great and safe place for learning and training. Student ages go from very young to older. I am enjoying my third martial art and working out in the adult class with new friends. The professor and instructors are first class and engaging to help all of us do our best. Like most good martial arts gyms, everyone becomes a second family as you enjoy it as a culture and way of life. I highly recommend BJJ as a self defense and life long way of life. My family grew up doing multiple martial arts and my adult children continue to train. It gave them confidence and discipline to be themselves and achieve success without the negative peer pressure too many experience. Try Gracie Barra CS, you are never too old and you will not regret it.

Everyone should try a class! Professor Tio Milton provides so much more than just instruction. From the first class you can tell that Professor Tio Milton and Coach Carlinhos really care about the growth of their students. They push us to grow a little better each day. I have also met so many great people during my time at the class. All the students work together to make each other better. Come in for a training but stay for your growth you won't regret it.
Amazing professors and coaches teaching complex, high level jiu jitsu in ways that make sense and achieve results! Clean, friendly gym where great teammates come together and make each other better, on and off the mats. I highly recommend Gracie Barra South College!!
We couldn’t be happier with Gracie Barra . The instructors are very knowledgeable, and truly care about each student’s development—both on and off the mat. The classes are well-structured, teaching discipline, confidence, and respect alongside top-notch jiu-jitsu techniques. I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a great martial arts program for their child!"
