I’ve been training at Kings for about a year now and it’s been an incredible experience. The team genuinely feels like a family, and there’s a great mix of people, from complete beginners to high-level amateur and professional. Every class is a tough, rewarding workout, and there’s an opportunity to stay after and spar 3 times/week if you want to build real experience. It’s a supportive environment where you can grow at your own pace.
