I have been doing Jiu Jitsu for 7 years now. I started when I was 59 years old in another state. I move to the Nashville area in Oct 2023. Prior to my move, I did substantial research about the local schools. After a few months of research I reached out to RMA. I was amazed as Professor Marcelo reached out to me by phone and we spent over a half hour chatting. Based on our conversation I felt RMA was for me. I started with RMA in Nov of 2023. I found the school to be absolutely perfect for what I was looking for and expecting. Professor Marcelo and his two sons John (black belt) and Gabe (Blue belt) have made my experience tremendous. The school is truly like a big family. Professor has implemented rules that help with that instill that his school is a for all family members. Anyone desiring to try Jiu Jitsu or changing schools, I highly recommend you give RMA a chance!

As a world champion in the prestigious Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship and many other tournaments, his expertise and dedication to teaching are unmatched.
