Just finished my free kickboxing clinic for cancer survivors at MMA. I left feeling sweaty and awesome! Kickboxing is excellent for cardio and strength training. I can’t say enough about the instructors. Amber is so strong, friendly and talented. I trained mostly with Brian-so welcoming, patient, humble, as well as talented. They taught me the jab, hook, cross, upper cut, front kick, round kick, combos, slip, footwork, shadow boxing and more! MMA gets 5 stars! I recommend them for beginners, competitors and everyone in between!
This is a fantastic gym that has high-quality instructors patient and humble enough to work with beginners, but skilled enough to train any seasoned fighter. Master Instructor Dan Moore offers excellent 1 on 1 instruction, treats everyone with respect, and keeps the gym in pristine condition. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for something as simple as a new workout routine (like myself), to those trying to step into the ring competitively.
Whether you just wanna get in shape or compete. These guys will get you there. I enjoy the group classes,the other students are very welcoming and the coaching is always good. I get the most out of the private lessons. Great coaching 1on 1. Come on in and join us.
This place quickly and easily turned into a second home! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly! The trainers work very hard to lead educational, safe, and fun classes. I always leave feeling accomplished and tired, which is the goal!
I had a lot of fun learning techniques in an intro to kickboxing class on Sundays in March, 2024. The knowledgeable staff was able to teach in a relatable way with encouraging words as they kept novice students focused, smiling, and laughing while building their confidence. Definitely recommend!
