The teachers have diverse backgrounds and training. They work well with kids and adults of all ability levels. The instruction is a great mix of traditional and modern, with a focus on application, functional strength, and mobility. Personally, I am over 50 and have gained strength, flexibility, and skill over the past couple of years. The teachers balance being sensitive to my needs as an older student and still encouraging me to improve all the time.
I've been involved in martial arts my whole life and training at the Academy allowed me to take a look at self defense from a brand new perspective that helped me start a new chapter of my journey. Could not be happier to train here, the staff is very knowledgeable, personable, and more than happy to talk about everything and anything martial arts. Highly recommend coming here and trying it out!
Been doing Martial Arts for most of my life. The people here are amazing, teachers and students are helpful and welcoming. Work hard and are persistent. Have a deep knowledge of the arts and wisdom to help a beginner and the advanced. Amazing value as well! If you want to come back to gain health and we'll being go here!

One class will fundamentally change your perception of what martial arts is, what ethics are, and how we exist in the world.
Greatest place to train. Great school, great instructors. Sensei Jason and Paul are awesome and are very knowledgeable. Whether your looking to learn self defense or obtain better health this is definitely the place to be!!!
Absolutely loved my first kung fu class. So excited to continue. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.
