Outstanding place to train. My son has been training with Professor Quintero for over three years and can't recommend him enough. We are very happy with his training skills, his support, and the great environment the academy provides. I highly recommend Over/Under BJJ PA to anyone interested in learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Truly a great place to train for beginners, experienced practitioners and everyone else in between. Coaches Anthony and Nick truly know their stuff on the mat, and also know how to foster an environment that is inspiring, exciting and fun for everyone. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new hobby, a way to get or stay in shape, or a community to be a part of.
They know the meaning of family, I have been training here for four years, and I have learned to control my emotions, learn self defense, and create a family throughout my Brazilian jiujitsu journey and I think everyone should genuinely try it out at the academy.
Came back after 5 years to start up again. Anthony the owner is teaching almost every class and when he's not he is usually there watching The other instructors are top notch. Its one big family from kids class to adults. Come check it out
This place has become family! My girls have been training with over/under for 3+ years. They receive individualized training per their need. They have grown so much in these years. They are more confident, composed, and ready for any challenge all thanks to their coaches.
