I was visiting Pittsburgh for a couple of days and wanted to get a workout in, so I reached out to Alliance Jiu-Jitsu in Seven Fields. From the first call, they were incredibly welcoming. I attended their Saturday morning session, which had a beginner class at 9 a.m. followed by an Open Mat at 10. The gym is new and very clean, and the environment immediately felt positive and family feeling. Coach Lucas was friendly and professional, and the purple belt on the mat was equally kind and welcoming. They even lent me a loaner gi, and everyone I trained with had great control and respect. The rolls were challenging but safe, and the vibe was focused on learning and community rather than aggression. I appreciated that there was no drop-in fee, and no one rushed me out after class. Coach Lucas took the time to talk, roll, and make me feel at home. It was a great experience training at an Alliance gym that truly reflects the spirit of jiu-jits
Enrolling my son at Alliance Jiu Jitsu Seven Fields has been one of the best decisions we made after moving to the area. Professor Diogo and his wife have been incredible since day one. They create a welcoming environment and run a high quality youth program that teaches skill, discipline, and confidence. My son is seven, soon to be eight, and he looks forward to every class. He has grown to love Jiu Jitsu, and my three year old is already asking when he can start after watching his big brother on the mat. Alliance Jiu Jitsu Seven Fields has been a great place for our family and I am grateful for their care and professionalism.
I came here just looking for a way to lose some weight and stay active, but this gym quickly became much more than that. The atmosphere is super friendly, the people and coaches make you feel welcome right away, and the training is the real deal—authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu taught with pride. It’s a brand-new, clean gym with great energy, and now I want to make BJJ become part of my lifestyle. Highly recommend!
I started training a few months ago and the rest of my family quickly followed suit. We absolutely love Alliance - Seven Fields. Professor Diogo is an outstanding instructor. He is detailed, attentive, and patient. Whether you are brand new or have been doing Jiu Jitsu for years, you will feel welcome and comfortable there. It is like one big family, and the environment is uplifting and safe for all levels. I highly recommend!
I train here as often as I can! The facility is spacious, and the ample mat space is clean! The instruction is top tier, and training partners are welcoming! If you are in Gibsonia, Pine, Mars, Cranberry or even farther out, this is a great gym to train at.
A great gym full of great people! If you're looking to try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, this is the place! Warm, inviting atmosphere and very family and kid-friendly. Its a place where friends become like family! And the best part is you'll learn from actual Brazilians! Oss!
