Great Jiu-Jitsu academy! I have been training at Kozma for 2 years. The people there are like family to me. It has drastically changed my life for the better. Im currently a blue belt and I have lost 65+lbs. My confidence is up and I feel great. Come train if you are even considering it. Kozma bjj can change your life!
Its honestly a family in there. The first time i went for my first session i had a line of people there ready to greet and introduce themselves. I was confused and realized they do this to everybody that comes into that door. Its a amazing learning experience as well. Learned so much as a white belt already. Ive only been here for a month and plan on going to the next competition. They really get you ready for the competitions. 10/10
There's a friendship that you gain when you trust people that are capable of injuring you very badly not to injure you in vulnerable positions. You cannot get this anywhere but in Martial Arts, and these classes are one of the prime examples of this. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6:00P -7:30 for kid's class and 7:45P-9:30 Adults. First 2 classes free.
Best team ! I practiced before judo,sambo. I Did t there for 1 year jiu jitsu already and I learned a lot . I enjoyed a lot ! Feels like a big (huge) family Recommend for everybody ! Very good people Best coach ! Respectful people
Very solid Jiu-Jitsu academy. Pete, the owner, has solid fundamentals and is a good and caring instructor. Their hallmark is their kids and teens program. Would strongly recommend.
