The BJJ instructor is professional, extremely knowledgeable and runs a fantastic gym. I have been training at ATT okc for 4 years, there is a amazing group of people training that are always willing to help if you need or want to do extra. If you want to learn BJJ, striking and possibly compete in BJJ or MMA the coach knows how to help and make you successful. Att Okc offers kids BJJ, adult BJJ, wrestling, kickboxing and fighter training. I have accomplished some of my goals and it is only because of the head coach and amazing group of people at the gym.
One of the best if not the best mma gyms in Oklahoma have tried several other gyms in the area and you always end up getting the class taught by one of the lower belts instead of the instructors here the instructor is always teaching his classes. One of the best strength and conditioning coaches in Oklahoma on top of that. You're welcome like family not intimated or made feel like you aren't welcome.
Been training here for a little over a year and couldn’t ask for a better team. Instruction is broken down to help beginners to experienced BJJ practitioners. Professional doesn’t even start to describe Head Coach Giulliano Gallupi. Kids classes, wrestling and striking. You could also get strength and conditioning and diet plans. Total team concept and environment. Extremely clean facility as well.
Family friendly place, excellent exercise and experience, and definitely lives up to the hype. They have places for kids to play or train if you bring them, so if you're a parent you don't have to worry about daycare at all while you train. If you're interested in top tier quality for a decent price, look no further and go try! They give a one day trial to see if you like it, and they go from there. I've lost almost 20 pounds in a month!
My husband and I both go here to train. The one-on-one workouts and personal knowledge are what makes this place way above the rest in value and results. They specialize in MMA (mixed martial arts)and BJJ (brazilian jujitsu). They draw from their experience to create custom workouts for you. I personally train with Emily Ducote, who is patient with my inexperience and ready to share the knowledge she's gained from her 4 years of professional MMA experience, to ensure I grasp the techniques and land every punch/kick.
Great instruction from a legitimate Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt who cares about each of his students. The team aspect is great. The gym is kept very clean and the instruction is great. In addition to great BJJ instruction, Coach is an amazing fitness and health specialist.
