My daughter has had such an amazing experience in this martial arts class. From the very first day, the instructors have been welcoming, patient, and incredibly supportive. They take the time to make sure each child understands the techniques while also building confidence and discipline. I’ve seen such a positive change in my daughter—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. She’s more focused, respectful, and confident in herself. The class environment is structured, encouraging, and safe, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. The instructors truly care about the kids and their growth, both on and off the mat. First time trying bjj, and thankful for all the coaches because they were helpful with all the basics I needed to know. All the coaches are skill-full, and were informative and willing to help if I had any questions. You don't need to worry if you're a first timer, as the Coaches guided me through the classes I felt more comfortable within the community. So far i've trained with Coach Patrick, Sonel, and Arturo and they are all super helpful and friendly 5/5 recommend this gym.
As a mom, finding the right activities for my almost four-year-old son has always been a priority, and I couldn't be happier with our experience at Jungle Gym! After signing him up for mixed martial arts classes a little over a month ago, I have seen such positive changes in him. Coach Patrick is great, his expertise and engaging teaching style have encouraged my son to keep trying. He knows how to connect with the kids, ensuring that they feel comfortable while also pushing them to learn, focus and grow. All the coaches are great, additionally, having the older kids helping the little kids is an added plus and well received. Since starting these classes, my son's confidence has soared! Our family has had an amazing experience with Jungle Gym of New Rochelle. Since enrolling our 5-year-old son, we’ve seen a tremendous change in his confidence and behavior. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly committed to helping young kids grow—not just as athletes, but as people. In just a short time, he’s become more responsible at home, more focused, and proud of what he accomplishes in class. He looks forward to every session, and we love seeing him learn discipline, respect, and self-confidence in such a positive environment. Jungle Gym is amazing. Coach Patrick and coach Sonel are awesome instructors. Just stepping into the gym puts me in a great mood and ready to train. Super clean gym and the people that train here are awesome, the place is full of great energy. My son also trains here I never seen a better program for children. Im happy that I found this gym, this is home.
Grateful to have found Jungle Gym. My 4yr old loves and enjoys every class! and that’s what’s most important to us. I appreciate the discipline and fun exercises the children receive every class, as well as the jiu jitsu skills being taught. Also grateful of the different payment options offered to us as well. Anyone looking for an extra curricular activity for their child I wouldn’t second guess Jungle Gym. Spring Break and Summer Camp are also available which is a huge plus.
