I highly recommend brazilian jiu jitsu. Its a beautiful art and the benefits are all positive, both physically and mentally. My experience at the academy has always been great. Instructors are fully accredited and professionals in the subject matter. Theyre also always available to assist you and motivate you to keep progressing. Ive never felt left out, judged or picked on. All the contrary, everyone is very welcoming, everyone is always willing to help and push you to be the best. Bjj is a beautiful art but if youre looking for a judgement free zone with great instructors, great classmates in a great environment this is it, you wont find anywhere better!

Clean, great instructors and great location. Lifestyle MMA is a big family with lots of friends. Professor Fabricio Medici is well known at the BJJ industry with a lot of expertise refereeing for IBJJF tournaments. They offer FREE TRIAL classes so you can see for yourself.
Amazing jiu jitsu instructors, amazing group of kids, very affordable monthly membership fees!!! Very glad we were introduced to Brazilian jiu jitsu and especially through Lifestyle MMA. Couldn’t have asked for a better form of self defense form of martial arts and for better instructors to my kid. I first started training Brazilian Jiujitsu 7 years ago with my husband and have loved it since then. Professor Fabricio and the coaches have always been so patient and knowledgeable. It’s great to be a part of a school that has teammates who push you and encourage you. The school is always clean, organized and well maintained. If you’re looking for a place worth training, Lifestyle is the place to be.
Excellent school for beginners, professor goes through the curriculum with a specific sequence per week so you get to practice the technique through at least 3-4 classes and get it into your muscle memory. This method of teaching works for me personally as I find repetition more beneficial than learning different techniques every class water hose style only to forget them by the next class. Their schedule is very accommodating for both people with traditional and non traditional shifts.
This place is terrific , it’s a great and fun place to be, Felix , Fabrício and all the instructors always making the class enjoyable for the kids, as parents we feel very lucky to be part of lifestyle academy “family”.. every award (stripe) we received increase my son’s self confidence and willing to archive more .. a Big plus is that the academy is near to a playground so we get to spend more quality time with our kids..
