I took my first Jiu Jitsu class ever here recently and it has been so fun! As a beginner I was welcomed with open arms by Master Tommy and all of the others taking the class. Master Tommy & the others training there are so encouraging and helpful. I have learned so much already and I am so excited to continue training here. If you are trying to decide which MMA gym to go to, I definitely recommend checking this place out!
I put out some feelers on the best studio around and basically everyone pointed me towards Omega, and for good reason. The instructors are great, the place is clean, and the students are really focused. I'm VERY late to the fighting game; 37 but when I started, I fit right in. I roll with guys close to my age, young bucks, and we all roll at the appropriate level for our opponent. I'd recommend Omega to basically anyone who wants to learn BJJ, is looking for a fun way to get some cardio, or just wants to get out of the house during the week. The owner gives a week to try it out.... do it. You wont regret it.
Both my sons take classes at J Park TKD. My oldest is on the black belt club and I enjoy watching him learn and develop more into a self discipline individual. They both also attend the afterschool program and holiday break programs offered by the center. They are the only instructors that I trust to build my boys up to be self respected and disciplined individuals. I would and do recommend this center and all their programs to anyone that is looking for their children needs or classes for adults.

I have trained at omega MMA on several occasions. The instruction and training is superb! I would reccommed this school to anyone looking to learn mixed martial arts or looking for a good after school program for your kids!
My daughter takes MMA classes and she loves it. I am always impressed by the individualized instruction the school offers. It is evident by how I see my daughter and the other students progressing. It's also exciting to see many of their students compete and win! I would recommend Omega MMA to anyone interested in MMA.
