I look forward to training here everyday. ZR Team Pensacola is my family. I feel safe bringing my children to train in the kids classes and they love it too! They never complain when it’s time to get ready for jiu jitsu. Personally, I feel that my jiu jitsu game is sharper than ever. Professor Diego has found so many small mistakes in my game that I’ve been able to work on fixing and I’m already seeing a huge difference in the effectiveness of my jiu jitsu… in only two months! We train hard but most importantly, we have fun.
My family and I are complete beginners to any form of martial arts, much less Jiu Jitsu. We have all felt incredibly welcomed as we joined DR, Pensacola. The classes for kids are top-notch, fun and exciting, always incorporating play into their training. The classes for adults are challenging, but Professor Diego does a fantastic job at explaining and making sure everyone understands. He is very invested in helping his students improve your jiu jitsu game. The advanced belts have been very eager and willing to help while also giving a challenge. 10/10, highly recommend!
Professor Diego Ramalho is one of the best when it comes to teaching, discipline and training . He has a very welcoming atmosphere at his gym, specially when it comes to a person that is shy like my self. He gave me confidence and the will to continue forward. One thing that's stood up in my eyes was how he treated my 9 yr old daughter and the rest of the kids in his class. He gave her so much confidence to have her compete all over the states. Now my daughter is so eager to go train and compete. If you are in Pensacola please stop by and give Professor Diego a try, a decision you will not regret.
