I have been to multiple academies around the country this is one of my favorites. This academy is awesome it feels like one big family. Kids class has been transformational for my kids they have become confident young leaders. The adult class is full of awesome classmates who take care of each other on and off the Mats. Instructor staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is neat and clean. Mats are sanitized daily. 5 stars I highly recommend this school for kids and adults of all skill levels.
Atlas BJJ is a great experience for my family! My sons have really enjoyed their Jiu Jitsu journey here and have made lots of new friends. Professor Rodrigo and his fellow instructors have really provided a great atmosphere of world-class Jiu Jitsu training. They’re wonderful and patient with the kids and have witnessed first-hand the positive impact they have in boosting their confidence! I love the fact that there is plenty of options available for the adult classes to attend (morning/lunch/evening). I myself am currently training and have learned so much from the awesome team here! Highly recommended!
My son trains at Atlas Jiu-Jitsu and absolutely loves it. From day one, we felt very welcomed and confident in our choice. The instructors are highly skilled, patient, and truly great with kids. They don’t just teach jiu-jitsu they also focus on discipline, respect, confidence, and personal growth. We’ve seen a huge positive change in our son, both physically and emotionally. Professor Rodrigo Cardoso has a great gym that provides excellent instruction to all levels of jiu-jitsu practioners. Myself and my family have trained with him for more than a few years now and compared to other gyms we have been to, this one stands above. Rodrigo is a knowledgeable instructor who cares about his students success. If you're looking to make a good investment in yourself or children then you should try jiu-jitsu. Rodrigo Cardoso has been our coach for a few years starting 2019 and has naturally become our family. His Jiu Jitsu is high level but even more importantly the way he teaches kids and adults with details to each technique is unparalleled. He is not only an amazing coach for us adults but he is the best with kids and really knows how to guide, protect, and encourage each and everyone of them. There is a reason why we followed Coach Rodrigo over the years and we are sticking with him as long as possible. Thank you Coach…Oss!
After a year of studying under Professor Rodrigo I can confidently say his deep knowledge of the sport of jiu-jitsu is matched only by his passion for teaching others. His years of training 8 hour days and extensive competition experience clearly shines through. He is a jiu-jitsu encyclopedia and treats his craft as an art. I would highly recommend his academy to anyone looking for a school. Whether you have never set foot on a mat or have been training for years, his academy is a fantastic place to call home
