Millennia MMA Gym reviews

Rated 4.7/5 across 86 Google reviews.

Millenia has tons of mat space and they’re very clean. There’s an upstairs room where they hold their striking/grappling sessions as well as the main room downstairs. Millenia has been amazing. Working all aspects of martial arts. Grappling in gi, no-gi submission grappling, wrestling, as well as MMA and fundamental striking. The schedule here is amazing. they hold gi/no-gi and striking in the day time as well as evenings so no one has an excuse to not make it to any of their classes. Its convenient because the schedule waterfalls into the next class allowing you to work on multiple aspects of MMA in the same day like No-gi class to wrestling then moving into striking or MMA classes all within 3 hours. The coaches are knowledgable. They didn’t create a TUF champ by chance or accident. Millenia knows what they’re doing when it comes to MMA and competition and they have fighters on high level fight promotions like cage warriors and the UF
My teenage sons have been training BJJ for three years now and were recently invited to visit Millenia. I was interested in seeing how they'd react to the new environment and curious to see how they'd be accepted by the students there. Turns out that I had no reason to be concerned. The quality of instruction was high and instructors and students alike were engaged. I liked that there was a mix of belts to train with, to include TWO black belts. When visiting a new gym, there is often a concern about people going too hard during training and causing injuries, but that was not the case here. Everyone's ego was in check and the training still managed to be challenging. It is obvious that morale in this gym is high, which I believe is the telltale sign of a good organization. My sons had a great time training and will definitely be back. Huge shout-out to Romie for the instruction and to Nick for the invite!
Great place to train! I've been here for 7 months and the instruction is top notch. I'm able to follow programing and instruction without feeling completely lost and I'm someone who doesn't catch on quickly lol. Age is just a number but as a 40yr old I find myself needing extra time and practice when training and I'm loving how Everything flows together nicely and how we stay working on something and continue building off of it which helps me ensure that I'm understanding and it's not just going over my head. I'm actually learning and able to implement and execute during live rolls. I truly feel like I'm growing everyday and I absolutely love it!! Instructors here truly have a love for the sport and it shows especially when they go the extra mile to make sure you're understanding the movement even if you have missed some areas of the series in the teachings. I absolutely love it here! If you're looking for a place to train or want to tr
Great place to train. Has a great family atmosphere with people of all levels to train with. All the instructors are great and the other gym goers are very friendly! There are classes for absolute beginners in Jiu jitsu and MMA striking. Come by and get started on your journey!
I was on a short term work assignment looking for a gym. I dropped in for a visit and immediately signed up when I left. I ended up staying for close to a year and could not have enjoyed my stay any more due to this gym. World Class Coaches paired with the most amazing training partners. I could not recommend this gym enough! Unmatched training from kids to world class athletes!
I am a former Marine and have been training in various locations from Japan, Ft Lenoardwood, to 29 Palms. I do appreciate what I learn from those gyms but none of them compare to Millennia. I have been training here for a year and they have various skills levels which is nice. They are well organized with their classes. All three of my kids train here and they love it. They have grow a lot over the year they been here in their skills, fitness, and confidence. hope this helps anyone who is looking for a good gym to call their home.
