This is a phenomenal gym! I’ve been training since 2006 and recently moved to the area, so I went in to try out a Muay Thai class. The owner and coach, Beau, was beyond welcoming and hospitable and let me try out a free class, which was a great class consisting of a great warmup, solid technique, and some action/reaction drilling. The team was very talented and welcoming as well. There were no egos, and it was evident that everyone there were helping each other improve. After practice, a few of the members got in a few technical sparring rounds and invited me to join. No one tried to take my head off like I’ve experienced at numerous other gyms, and one of the more experienced members coached the newer students who wanted to spar. It reminded me of my gym back home. The place was clean, friendly, family-oriented, and filled with a tremendous amount of talent. We absolutely love this gym. It is extremely family oriented, and the coaches are truly amazing professional, respectful, and great with both kids and adults. We definitely recommend this gym for families and couples. Our kids started training here at ages 3 and 5, and a year later we are still coming consistently. The growth we’ve seen in their confidence, discipline, and skills has been incredible. My wife and I also attend the Muay Thai classes as often as possible. I had a little prior experience, but my wife had none at all. The coaches were very patient, supportive, and encouraging, which made a huge difference she genuinely enjoys training. I will continue coming here for a great workout while learning proper technique. This gym truly feels like a second family, and we’re grateful to be part of it. Highly recommended. 💪🥋
We first visited Fight Syndicate two years ago, we travel and do drops around the country. My daughter loved it, so did I. Its an amazing gym, they take training very seriously, yet make it enjoyable. The instructors are excellent, and all have spent time in the ring or cage. We liked it so much we actually planned another trip from CT to CA, just to come back and train at this gym. Once again they did not disappoint, if you want to fight its a great place to train, if you just want to workout and learn to handle yourself its a great gym. This time I took the Muay Thai classes and did some BJJ. The instructors are great with children as well, we are sad we have to move on such a great experience being a part of this organization. Highly reccomend this gym to potential fighters, or families. Best money I have spent in years.
i started the new years probably at the lowest point in my life after going through the worst year i had ever experienced in 2025, but i told myself i truly wanted to learn fighting specifically muy thai, as i was already heavily into fitness and becoming a master of my body, i started a free trial on the second of January showed up and my body was crazy tense and i was incrediby uncordinated as ive never played a sport before, I just knew weight training. fast forward two months the level of my body cordination as well as muscularity in my body has blossomed ive never felt more powerful in my entire life, going here would boost my confidence to new levels i didnt even know existed for me as i was already a confident person, i even learned stretches i didnt even know existed and became a lot more well versed in using my whole body. I have been bringing my son now for about 6 months in the teens boxing section with Coach Steve and Coach Ozzie. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They work very well with the teens class and I’m sure the kids and adults as well. Coach Beau who is the owner is also welcoming along with the rest of the coaches in the other sections. It is a place to train hard but also has safety in mind for the fighters.
I've been training martial arts my whole life and have been to countless gyms across the country and this has to be one of the best gyms I've been to. Not only is there superior and experienced coaching where they can teach beginners and intermediates but they also have the knowledge and experience to take me as far as I can go in my fighting career. But one of the best things about this gym is that you feel like family here and the comradery inside the class with the other fighters and people there. Everybody tries to bring up each other and make each other better. This place is a must if your looking for a high quality martial arts gym
