We enrolled our 8 yr/old son in the kids class. He was so nervous in the beginning. Not only were the coaches accommodating and helpful, but the other kids are taught to be kind an gentle and everyone helped our son feel less shy. Now, he LOVES it and is excited for every class! The coaches work so well with kids.
I love it here! I am so grateful for Professors Helio and Lari and Coach Mark! They are amazing and you become family! It is such an amazing place to train and to receive incredible instruction, clean and safe environment, and a family friendly place!
Been training here for about a year and three months now and I love it. Was a bit worried to join in the beginning thinking it would be an aggressive/ego environment, but it’s completely the opposite. Everyone I’ve met there are genuinely some of the nicest people I ever Met. I’ve never once felt like I was I was an outsider or like I was being judged. the professors and coaches are amazing and do a great job at teaching/ explaining moves and positions. I go everyday twice a day and I honestly can’t get enough!
