Awesome academy. I’ve been training with the instructors/owners for years now, long before the academy opened. You couldn’t ask for a better place to train. The owners have created a great BJJ community where anyone from any background or experience can come to learn the gentle art. They’ve fostered a family-friendly and supportive environment coupled with the rigorous training curriculum you would expect from a Charles Gracie-affiliated academy. If you are curious or even have a scintilla of interest in learning what BJJ is about, please stop by. You won’t regret it. And, you may discover a new lifetime passion that will challenge your mind and body and improve your overall health for the better.
I been training at Antioch Jiu Jitsu for a few months now and it's been awesome experience. The vibe is dope, very friendly, clean and welcoming from day one. It has that homey, family-oriented feel to it but still very serious training. The professors/coaches are great, and training partners are solid, with several who compete. Overall, just a fun place to be and train. Highly recommend.
Antioch Jiu-Jitsu is an amazing place to train. Professor Jayson and Professor Alfredo are great instructors with a lot of knowledge to give and are so welcoming to any and everybody. The gym is filled with great people who immediately make you feel like you are a part of the family as soon as you step on the mats. Would highly recommend to anyone is who looking for intense training backed by an amazing community.
Coach Jayson is by far one of the best coaches I have come across. He has been training for almost 15 years and has an awesome personality. I would recommend him as well as Antioch Jiu Jitsu to anyone and everyone looking to learn Jiu Jitsu. Tell them Kevin sent you!
Great Jiu Jitsu school in Antioch! My whole family has been training here for a few years and have seen great success on and off the mats! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Professor Jayson and Professor Alfredo are both very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in as a newcomer a few months ago and they offered me a free class to try it out. Everyone is very friendly and the gym has a very welcoming atmosphere. Cannot recommend this place enough!
