I decided to finally join about two months ago and honestly have no regrets since then. Not only is the facility well kept, organized and family friendly but you really learn so many techniques that will help you in any critical life situations. If you’re looking for great coaches who will guide, push and make sure you learn not only specific techniques but also the fundamentals of Muay Thai, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu Jutsu… then this is your place. Classmates are always motivating and push you to do better every day. It’s truly like a family and everyone is welcoming! I honestly sweat and burn so much every class but somehow leave the school eager to learn more. Schedules are flexible and has various times throughout the week to adapt to yours. Found a fantastic gym! Coach Andy's classes are top-notch - he breaks down techniques well and makes every session educational and fun. As a Muay Thai beginner (only a few months in), I've learned so much already. The facility is always clean, and with multiple Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu classes throughout the day, it's easy to fit training into my schedule. It has a great location and an awesome community of training partners. If you're looking to start martial arts or level up your game, this is definitely the place to be!
Went to this gym to do Muay Thai and they did a tremendous job of balancing beginners and advanced students as well as competitive and recreational. Coach Andy devotes a great amount of time to everyone (especially the beginners which is great) and creates a family-like atmosphere that is contagious and reflects everyone’s attitude. Great people, great coaches, great students, great gym, and most importantly an overall great place to be. If you’re a beginner that wants to get your foot wet in training without feeling like you’ll be dragging everyone else down, come here. They also have MMA and a great Jiu-Jitsu program that has the same atmosphere!
Been training here for half a year now and I love it! Iv been to other gyms and none of them compare to this one. The gym is very nice, clean, and spacious. The people and coaches are great. Very family oriented and kid friendly. The classes are amazing, set with a great curriculum. Making me feel accomplished and more knowledgeable after every class. Over all a great gym for kids, teens, adults, or if you’re looking to socialize and meet new really cool people. 5/5 stars strongly recommend!!
You will not be judged if you're new to martial arts in this gym. Alot of the members here are welcoming. Ask the gym about their FREE WEEK program. NO CANCELLATION FEE was huge for me. The class usually starts off with learning from the instructor then towards the end of class there is live rounds. You are partnered up with another student, instructors are friendly/knowledgeable in their roles, ensuring you're comfortable and safe during your journey of training.
My kids have been training at this gym for 8 years. The Best coaching. The Best community - the coaches and members are supportive and encouraging.. The training is fun and challenging- an awesome workout!! I also love the women’s programs! I highly recommend this family friendly gym for kids and adults.
