Hey luvies, this is yo girl Peaches on the move in the Metro. So let's talk about this Boxing gym- I've trained in this gym before, with a personal trainer and I thought it was ok back then. Then moving forward, I met the owner and some of his staff members at a heath fair at my job. They invited me for a free training session, and as they say the rest is history! I found my home away from home. 💪💪💪🥊🥊🥊🏋️♀️🤸♂️🤼♂️🧘♀️🤸♀️💪If you're serious about getting yourself back together like you once were, or if this is your first time.. this is the place you need to be at. Give them a call and they will tell you everything that it's offered. And, check this out, the fitness classes are never the same.. everytime you go- they do something different, so it doesn't become monotonous. U know a mean! I gotta get these curves together, and get rid of this FUPA!😜 we gotta get these bodies together hunti...so go check it out, oh! And tell them Peaches s
This place feels like family from the first contact. Lance Adams cares about the whole person. He and his family/team are amazing at what they do. Even in a class setting, I feel seen as an individual and met where I am in my journey, while learning and training with others. What is truly beautiful is that there are people that come here of all ages/stages/abilities/sizes, etc. Everyone supports and encourages each other. There are sometimes a few classes going on at once. It can seem overwhelming at first. But this is a great place to learn fitness disciplines in an amazing environment.
The Warrior Warehouse...mannn, I've been a member for the past five months & never have I ever been more motivated & consistent with working out. I take the fitness classes...no two days are the same & I absolutely need that in my life! If you're looking for a gym family with phenomenal instructors, members who hold each other accountable & just an all around awesome program...The WW is where it's at! Trust me...you won't be disappointed...see you there!
If you are looking to for a way too get healthy. This is definitely the best place to go!!!! Family oriented Lance Adam is absolutely the GOAT!!!!! You will embark on levels you would never thought you could achieve. This place is a one stop shop for your entire family. Stop in and tell him I sent you. Thank me later.
I had Great time at the cwp class and the gun range. Very informative instructors and they made the class fun and entertaining
Great place of mature adults working to get better every day at and art or skills ..and the awesome examples the men and women set for the young adults ..I have enjoyed every workout...This place is built for great results
