Incredible gym with a great community and a life-changing mentor of a trainer. Steve Sawyer offers such a diverse range of personally developed courses and training, everyone has something to gain from here. People who train here discover their potential; from home-schooled children's groups, to older adults staying active and healthy, and anyone looking to develop self defense/martial arts skills, there is nowhere else where so much is possible.
Great family gym, has it all, MMA, Shotokan Karate Do, Olympic Karate, Iai Do and Bokken training, Archery, and music lessons. Coach Steve really has way to physical fitness. The staff has knowledge on martial arts.
Good place for personal fitness activities. Lots of exercise props/equipments and you can learn archery, karate, judo and many other sports like wrestling. Has free wifi and clean sanitized area. Also has water fountain and bathroom.
Steve and the crew are great at what they do. I workout while the kids do their thing. Steve is fantastic with the kids and youth, as well as adults.
Steve has helped me restore core strength, balance, and range of motion. He worked with me to identify goals and has paid attention to my knee repair limitations and other joint problems in selecting exercises to develop strength. My posture is improved as well as my energy levels and overall fitness.
My kids have trained here for years.They still enjoy it a lot
