There are classes for all ages and skill levels . From youth to adults and from beginners to advanced . If you are looking for an amazing place to train in Harrison l highly recommend Gracie Lab.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life, probably top 3. Highly recommended for children for self esteem and anti bullying, for women to protect themselves from bad actors, and men to defend themselves and their families. Cardio and lifting weights won’t save you. Learn some skills. See you soon.
