It was a little over 3 years ago I walked through the doors of Schaffer MMA and to this day, it’s probably one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life, not only because I got to be involved in a hobby I like, I also got to meet some of the best people in my life throughout the years there, what turned from strangers with a similar interest turned into friends which quickly turned into FAMILY. Some of the most down to earth people you could meet that truly care about their students and fighters. Extremely determined, humbled and hungry to always better themselves and everyone around them I couldnt ask for better trainers, or better people in my life. So if you are looking for a good gym and a good set of trainers and people to train with, come check out Schaffer MMA, I’m grateful I’ve come across this place !
I don't know where to start to express how grateful I am to this school. I've had the pleasure of witnessing the positive impact Schaffer MMA has had on my grandson, and couldn't be more impressed with the overall experience. The staff not only made my grandson feel at home they helped to build up his self confidence as hes alot smaller than most kids for his age. The level of attentiveness immediately put me at ease, knowing my grandson is in capable and caring hands. The emphasis on discipline and respect within the school has been particularly notable. I’ve recently started training private sessions with Joe and it has been the best experience I ever could have asked for. He is more than patient with beginners and a fountain of knowledge for anyone who is interested in MMA. He will break down your motions, making corrections as needed, and figure out a plan that works best for you. In addition, Joe also breaks down the science and purpose behind everything we do there. I would 100% recommend Schaffer MMA and Joe to anyone who is interested!!! We need more places like this and more coaches like Joe in this world.

Great place can’t stay enough !I’m a beginner with 0 experience and they took the time that was needed they were very helpful and was extremely encouraging! Great bunch a people. If your a beginner and been thinking about it this place they have 0 judgement and I would highly recommend!
