My husband and 12 year old daughter both train here. My daughter has been doing the kids jiu-jits class since April 2024 with Ernesto and Gage. Since then she's joined the adult kick boxing classes and adult basic BJJ class. Ernesto is phenomenal with the kids! My daughter has gained so much confidence because of Apache MMA! My husband also attends the kick boxing classes, which he thoroughly enjoys with Ernesto and Jax. If you're thinking about your child starting at Apache MMA, just do it! I promise you won't regret it!
Love this place. My 5yr old son has been training here for about 2 months and he loves it. A friendly atmosphere and coaches are extremely nice yet stern and professional with their training. Coach Ernesto has a very special way with the kids . My son has learned and loves going to the gym. Thank you coach Ernesto, coach Yara, coach Joe and coach Gage. You all are amazing!
We love Apache and are so grateful for the confidence and skills my son has gained while taking these classes. There are a variety of classes available and something for everyone. Since we started attending the gym when they first opened, we have been so fortunate to watch so many kids grow and evolve and would recommend these classes to anyone! My husband also trains multiple times a week and has nothing but great things to say. Great coaches and atmosphere.
Apache is awesome. Can't recommend this place enough. I've been to other gyms in NJ, but this is the first place that felt right from the start - felt like home from day one. Starting BJJ again and jumping into MMA/kickboxing at Apache was one of the best decisions I've made. I am more confident, healthier and learning new things everyday. For me, - Ernesto teaches BJJ and MMA with real self-defense in mind - The kids clearly love their classes and learn a lot - Zero ego environment and everyone is welcome no matter their skill level
Absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked into this MMA dojo, I could tell it was something special. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about helping you progress, no matter your skill level. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, and the gym itself is fully equipped. I’ve learned so much in a short time, and I love the sense of community here.
