Amazing coaches, community, and atmosphere. Not only do you get a great workout but the coaches also help you cultivate your technique, integrity, and adversity quotient. They offer a multitude of martial arts/classes to learn from. The people from all classes are kind and supportive. Classes can be intense, but the coaches understand everyone goes at their own pace and will help each individual accordingly. Even though some classes can be physically grueling, there's something about it that makes you feel accomplished at the end of each class, wanting to return. I started coming when Triumph first opened and I haven't looked back since. The coaches here truly care for your growth, both as an athlete and a person. Finding and coming to Triumph has been one of my greatest decisions. #kaleshakes #theshortestwaytoapointisastraightline #perfectpracticemakesperfect
If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat! I’m a 17-year-old girl, and I’ve been training at Triumph Boxing & Martial Arts for a few months now. I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience. The staff here is incredibly kind and welcoming, making it easy to feel like part of the gym family right away. It’s so easy to feel awkward or out of place at a gym, especially a boxing gym, but that’s not the case here. Not only are the coaches attentive and supportive, but the people at the gym are genuinely kind and welcoming, creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere. What really sets this place apart, though, is the coaching. Unlike other gyms where coaches just watch you from afar, here the coaches truly invest in your progress. They don’t just let you go through the motions — they work with you one-on-one, offering valuable corrections to help you improve with every session. I also had a situation where I had to pau
I love Triumph and have nothing but positive things to say about this gym! I walked in with absolutely no experience on a Monday morning 4 months ago and the coaches have worked with me to build a solid technical foundation ever since. I can honestly say this is the best work out experience I've ever had. Not only is boxing it's self amazing, but the environment, the friends I've made and the supportive coaches keep me coming back. Everyone is greeted by name when they come in the front door and the coaches are really invested in form and technique and keep tabs on everyone's progress. I've heard people cite the community of other gyms/classes/etc. I've tried and never had that connection until now; seriously this place is a diverse, welcoming community of people working together to better themselves. It's really incredible.
I love it... different atmosphere here, everyone is very kind and positive. Coaches are very helpful and knowledgeable. There's so many different classes to choose from, and what makes this fun/different is you actually learn real technique in their classes. They also work extremely well with children and you can tell that the owner Sean and his team are truly passionate about what they teach. If you're looking for a positive, friendly environment to train at with some great coaches... give them a call! I promise you won't regret it.
This gym is great! I love the environment that the coaches and the members create in this gym!! As soon as you walk in the door you are welcomed by everyone and encouraged to join the "triumph family". The instructors are great about meeting you at your level and helping you grow and not just putting you into a system. They each take time to help you perfect the skills so you can effectively advance and get the most out of your workout or training. If you have ever wanted to try a combat sport I highly recommend starting at triumph!
New to boxing and was looking for a new hobby that would help me get in shape and that would allow me to make new friends. Took my free trial class not knowing what to expect, and I am happy to say they have surpassed all expectations. Everyone I've met at the gym from the coaches to the other participants are very friendly and welcoming. They take plenty of time to help new people feel comfortable and learn. I can't wait to keep going to this gym far into the future.
