This is going to be a little long. I cannot say enough good things about Lee Bros gym. I have been overweight my entire adult life. I have been terrified of going to the gym and of being judged my entire adult life. The staff at Lee Bros are INCREDIBLE, they not only answer every question with compassion and guidance but they truly care about helping you be successful no matter what your journey is. For them it’s not about weight loss or getting fit. It’s about making a life change to improve the rest of your life. My first few classes were with Genesis and she is AMAZING. She took the time to show me each step she was talking about and then watched me do it and showed me where I was wrong to prevent me hurting myself or the person I’m practicing with. She also wrapped my hands for me my first 4 classes and talked me through how to do it correctly. Lee Bros trainers are hands on and thorough and throughout the last few weeks I have made
I recently completed the 6 week LBX at Lee Brothers MMA. With LBX, I signed up for the private lessons and group classes. I had a personal coach for support with my eating plan, drinking water and accountability and motivation. This is an amazing program and I would recommend it to anyone . Lee Brothers MMA is about community and I felt that the first time I walked in the gym. Everyone was friendly and supportive. My private sessions were awesome and helped me learn quicker. The group classes were fun and a great workout. It is a gym that works for people of all gym abilities. I'm continuing with Lee Brothers MMA because I want to focus on my fitness and it is a great outlet. If you are considering it, I would 100% recommend it to anyone.
I joined The Fight Lab a little over a year ago, not knowing I would become part of their family today. I started out in the women’s only classes on Friday and this brought me into their Jiu Jitsu classes, which had been one of the best decisions of my life🙏. The Fight Lab knows how to take care of their people, regardless if you come in with some experience or none. I would highly recommend newcomers who want to take charge of their lifestyle to come here and challenge themselves because you will learn plenty of lessons that will help you regardless of where you end up in life!! Praise God for this gym!
I’ve been training at Lee Brothers MMA for just around 8 months now. I came to the gym hoping to enhance my jiujitsu and striking with aspirations to compete. I’ve truly noticed a sharp skill increase from where I was when I joined the gym. All the coaches are focused to help you grow no matter your skill level or the pace you learn. In a short amount of time you truly become family! I love the Lee Brothers community!
