For more than a decade, Professor Mike has lived and breathed jiu-jitsu. He's not just trained; he's obsessed with perfecting his technique, and it shows in his incredible teaching. As someone who's trained with him for years, I can tell you, you're in the best hands. Stepping onto the mats as an adult can be intimidating, but Professor Mike's got a knack for making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. And if you're looking for a place for your kids to learn jiu-jitsu, look no further. His patience and experience are exactly what you want in an instructor, giving your children the confidence and skills they need.
I was very excited when I saw this studio open up. In the past I have joined a few different JJ studios, but I kept getting injured and spent more time recovering than actually training. I have had no issues at all with injuries and based off of the way each technique is being taught and the mentality of the students, I know I have found the perfect studio for myself. Professor Mike, Terri and Alex are all wonderful and great teachers. The structure of each class is well thought out and even the warm ups are designed to build up flexibility and strength in order to accomplish more demanding moves. If you are thinking about joining the JJ community, I highly recommend considering this studio. If you are anything like me, you will get hooked on the first class and you'll be in good hands for a long journey in Jiu Jitsu.
The absolute best studio i have been to for bjj!! I have trained at 5 other places before here and I was soo excited to join I was a founding member!! What a great move on my part because Professor Mike and coach Terri are amazing. They are so effective at teaching each technique And are very warm and welcoming!!! I am sooo happy to be here! The members are super friendly and the Professors are amazing!!
Starting my Jiu-Jitsu journey here has been an absolute solid decision. The staff is impeccable, the professors are clear in their instruction, very attentive on feedback during drills, very safety conscious on avoiding unnecessary injuries, and very personable and approachable off mat. Could not be happier!

Been going since its grand opening in February and has been a great experience for myself and my son. We are impressed with the clean facility and the professors instructions meeting all experience levels. After a couple neck surgeries I was afraid to try but have been holding up and feel it’s a testament to the safe learning environment here.
