We’ve been with Panza Jiu Jitsu for almost a year now. My kids have fun every single class. From day one, the environment has been welcoming, supportive, and incredibly family-friendly. Coach Panza and Coach Camilla are incredibly patient, caring, and professional. They do a great job working with kids of all levels and making everyone feel comfortable and supported. The kids program is fantastic—it helps build confidence, teaches discipline, and gives them a great way to burn energy in a positive environment. My son and I have been training at Panza Jiu Jitsu for the last year. Panza and Camilla have created a great kids program and I have seen immense growth in my son's grappling in the last year. For the adult class, Panza provides world class instruction that goes beyond just techniques and includes principles behind the moves as well as strategy. There is a great mix of all colored belts in every class including a number of friendly black belts. If you want to learn from the best in an inviting and low stress environment, I would highly recommend here.
I’m a 10+ year BJJ practitioner, and Panza BJJ is one of the best gyms I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of.
