Absolutely incredible kids’ jiu-jitsu studio! From day one, we were impressed by the level of professionalism, patience, and energy the coaches bring to every class. They create a fun, welcoming environment where kids not only learn real skills but also build confidence, discipline, and respect. The instructors do an amazing job balancing structure with encouragement, and they make sure every child gets individual attention. You can tell they truly care about each student’s growth both on and off the mat. The facility is clean, organized, and safe, with classes that run on time and are thoughtfully designed for different age groups. Our child looks forward to every session, and we’ve seen noticeable improvement in focus, fitness, and overall attitude. If you’re considering jiu-jitsu for your kids, this studio is as good as it gets. Highly recommended!!!!
I initially heard of Dedicated Jiu Jitsu a couple of years ago from a friend after mentioning an interest for martial arts. I most recently decided to give it a try for their 6AM classes. After training here consistently for five months, I can say Dedicated offers a solid environment for anyone genuinely interested in learning and growing in Jiu Jitsu. Coach Jason has created both a welcoming and structured space. The environment is friendly, supportive, and motivating. Not only is their emphasis on skill but also building a positive culture. The coaching is attentive with a strong focus on technique and safety. Everyone I’ve trained with has been respectful, helpful, and willing to share their techniques. Class is not overly intense or intimidating, but challenging in the right ways. Dedicated has helped me stay consistent and push myself both physically and mentally. Dedicated is where it is at to begin or continue with your jiu jitsu

Starting something new can be intimidating, but the coaches make it fun and comfortable at each child’s pace. We’ve already had friends join after a free trial day, and more plan to try it. Flexible schedules and events like Halloween and pizza nights make it feel like a real team family. Coach Rob, Coach Kaylee, and Coach/Owner Jason are caring, structured, and encouraging. They also take time one-on-one to help kids get through challenges physically or mentally. We love Dedicated Jiu Jitsu!
I have been a part of the Dedicated jiu jitsu family for almost 2 years now! I was very nervous on my first day to go in and try something I have never done before but coach Jason Medina welcomed me in with a big smile and very positive attitude, every student was very nice and supportive of new people coming to try this martial art. I did my first trial class and signed up full time before the first class was even over. It’s such a welcoming, positive, and friendly environment and a great place to make new friends while also learning self defense! I would highly recommend anybody to come and experience this for yourself. Thank you coach Jason and coach Steve for running such an amazing academy!
My husband & I have had our kids involved in these classes since March of 2024. Our kids are 6, 5 and 4. Giving our kids the skills to be confident, resilient, respectful, and have a strong mindset has been our top priority since we decided we wanted a family. This team/family does this for our kids. My husband and I have been wanting to have a fun date out and do a class together! Maybe soon.😅 Coach Jason and his team are consistently competing and learning. They are a great example for both adults and kids (& parents observing and cheering on their loved ones).
The upmost respectful and trustworthy.. Dedicated Jiujitsu!!! This is your place! If you haven’t joined a Jitsu place where you can fit in! This is the atmosphere you want! My daughter has been coming here for over a year now and she’s just as dedicated to the sport as coach Jason and his staff are dedicated to her! Everyone has such a special touch to EVERY technique that is taught. My daughter is an athlete all around because dedicated has shown her capabilities that we never thought were possible!
