I started training at shinjin academy this year. I can't say enough how friendly, professional, and knowledgeable the people are at this academy. Im recovering from a life changing motorcycle accident that left my body wrecked. A broke pelvis, broken right arm, tears. Missing teeth, skull fractures, you name it, it happend. It's been a little over a year now and I still feel residual pain from the healing process. I was very nervous that this would be the end of me ever learning a martial art. That couldn't be further from the truth. Ive been training with Roger who is an excellent mentor and coach. He's helped work around my Injuries and help me build back my confidence that I WILL be able to perform. I’ve been coming to Sinjin for 2 months now. I love training Muay Thai here. Andres the coach is very knowledgeable in his craft and he makes sure to take his time teaching new students the foundations. He is always willing to help if you have any questions or need extra guidance. The rest of the guys are always friendly and welcoming to newcomers as well. Genuinely always good vibes at this place. I highly recommend anyone who’s thinking about starting their journey into mixed martial arts, don’t hesitate and try one of their classes! Best part is their first class is free so you have nothing to lose.
Working with coach Andres and Sensei Michael have remarkably improved my striking, defense and conditioning. I have yet to join a jiu jitsu class but i plan to soon! The environment is so welcoming and friendly, and at the same time the classes are well structured and tough. The owner Chris is a really down to earth and a great guy, all the staff are so great to interact with. I really enjoy training at this Academy!
