Flow Jiu Jitsu Club is hands down one of the best training environments I’ve been a part of. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping every student improve—no matter your experience level. Whether you’re brand new to jiu jitsu or a seasoned practitioner, they make sure everyone gets quality instruction and attention. The atmosphere is welcoming and ego-free, which is huge. Training partners are respectful, technical, and focused on helping each other grow rather than just “winning rounds.” It’s a place where you can train hard, learn a ton, and still have fun doing it. Flow is easily the best jiu jitsu club in the SCV. James runs a tight, high-level program with clear, detailed instruction that actually helps you improve fast. Every class is structured, efficient, and challenging in the right way. The culture is what really separates it. No egos, just a solid group of people pushing each other to get better. Super welcoming whether you’re brand new or experienced. If you want real progress and a great environment, Flow is the spot. Highly recommend.
Our family loves Flow JiuJitsu club. My son and I have been training there for 4 months and have loved every second. Family friendly environment complete with a play room for the little ones. Professor James is extremely knowledgeable, patient and truly loves what he does. Highly recommend.
