Our son has been training here since July 2025, and the progress we’ve seen in him has been amazing. Not only have his skills improved, but his confidence has grown tremendously. He goes into every class focused and ready to learn, and it’s been great watching him develop both on and off the mats. The coaches do an incredible job. They are tough and push the kids to do their best, but it’s clear they genuinely care about every child who walks through the door. They create an environment that teaches discipline, respect, and hard work while still making the kids feel supported. We’re very proud of how far our son has come since he started training here, and we’re grateful for the guidance and dedication the coaches show to every student.
My son has been training here for a few months, we would like to help him build confidence and I do see a difference. You can tell that coach really cares deeply about his martial art and the way he trains the students. I will say that the class size seems like allot especially when the coach is on his own with all those kids. Not enough time to give each student that needs it individual help sometimes

My Daughter has been training here for about a year now. I’ve started training here too and have noticed improvement in my mobility and cardio. Coach Joao teaches in a way that’s structured in a step-by-step approach, making learning easier. We love it here!
Great coach with a lot of experience. Great gym to learn traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that is from Brazil. Great gym for adults and kids at every skill level.
