MMA Personal Training not only offers great customer service but also has an incredible coach, Malik. I am currently enrolled in the kickboxing personal training classes, during the months I’ve been training here I’ve gained so much Knowledge, skills, and confidence. I highly recommend this gym; the classes are high energy, and the coach is very patient and supportive regardless of the level you’re at. it’s a great place to push your limits, if you’re looking for a place to learn self-defense and build your confidence this most definitely is the place for you.
Me and my brothers have been training with Malik since before he had the new center and we just LOVE it. The new place is "Awesome" (as my brothers would put it). It's nice to have a trainer that doesn't get frustrated while working with young kids. When my son is old enough, he'll definitely learn his skills from Malik as well! I'd give him 1000 stars if I could. I highly recommend training here if you're looking for a trainer. Malik is the most professional and patient trainer you could have. Plus it just seems like he loves teaching everything he knows.

I’ve been training kickboxing with Malik for over a year now and I can say with 100% certainty that his coaching and training techniques have improved my lifestyle for the better. I started knowing absolutely nothing about mma nor did I have proper body awareness and the athletic skills. Taking his classes has built up my endurance levels, gotten me into the best shape of my life, and made me extremely confident in myself. Hello I wanted to give a review about MMA Personal Training. Let me start off by saying the owner and coach of the gym Malik is very professional and patient with his youth class my son attends. He takes his time to teach and have fun with all the students, which provides a great training atmosphere. This also gives the students the will to perfect there training and physical well being. I personally recommend this gym for beginners of all ages, while having a great time doing it. 5 stars*****
I just started training again and I’m so glad I found MMA Mafia. Malik is a world class fighter and if you’re going to train, it’s always best to learn from and train with someone who actually does professionally. While I don’t plan on ever fighting professionally, Malik has got me on a good training regimen and working to improve myself daily. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to get trained for kickboxing, MMA, or even just to stay healthy with a good work out.
