I have been sending my teen here for the past almost two years. In a small town, where it is easy for young minds to get wrapped up in the drugs or negative stuff, this gym offers an alternative. My son has a constructive and supportive gym he can go to that helps him to build self discipline and confidence. The owners and all the coaches are wonderful. This is not some seasonal sport that comes and goes. The coaches are here, every day, year round and are dedicated to giving this small community a place where people can go to work on themselves in a positive way.
Great place to learn jiu jitsu/MMA … Had a great time all the coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable, also the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend 5 stars ⭐️ !!
