-I’ve been here since the grand opening of this place and here are some of my thoughts. And this comes from not only a woman but also someone that’s been doing jiu jitsu and mma since June 2025. -Being here as a founding member since day 1 at this specific location, I’ve noticed some positive changes. -Facility: Overall, very well maintained by staff. I even noticed at times after class it gets cleaned. Few small areas I’ve noticed a bug or two but nothing major. -Showers: very nice. Currently there’s two - One with shampoo and conditioner, the other with conditioner and body wash. I do wish they still had the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both stalls. -Bathrooms/changing rooms. 3 stalls, one bigger than the other 2. Slight downside is the tiny trash cans in each stall and I noticed a trend with the few times I’ve been that one of the stalls I’ve used and thrown trash into the tiny trash can doesn’t often get thrown out and fil
Our kids started training at Alliance Jiu Jitsu about three months ago and the experience has been outstanding. From the first day it was clear that the instructors know exactly how to work with kids. They keep the classes fun and engaging while still maintaining a strong sense of structure and respect. The balance they strike between discipline and enjoyment is impressive and it keeps the kids motivated to come back. The facility itself is huge and extremely well organized, which makes the environment feel professional and welcoming at the same time. There is plenty of space for training and everything is clean and well maintained. What stands out most is the quality of the teaching. The instructors are patient, attentive, and clearly passionate about helping the kids improve. They manage the class with confidence while still making every student feel included and encouraged. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about each student’s progress, whether you’re brand new or more advanced. The environment is welcoming and supportive, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the classes are structured in a way that keeps training both fun and challenging. It’s a great community that encourages growth on and off the mats. We absolutely love this Jiu Jitsu studio! My son looks forward to every class and truly feels welcomed and happy here. The professors are kind, patient, and do an amazing job encouraging the kids to treat each other with respect. The schedule is incredibly convenient, with six classes available each week, which makes it easy to stay consistent. The studio itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. The mat system is outstanding—featuring about 7 inches of spring support to help protect joints and prevent injuries. The space is versatile, able to be one large room or divided into sections, and it’s really motivating for the younger kids to see and learn alongside the older students. The staff is amazing. Krystal, in particular, was so kind to my son and made him feel truly welcome and special from day one. This studio does so much more than teach Jiu Jitsu—it helps kids build confidence, improve social skills, and get off electronics
